Eagle eye view
Thanks to Mavis and Brent for spotting the eagles by the creek...I spotted 5 at one time a little later. Unfortunately they aren't too happy about getting their pictures taken, but will try again tomorrow
I was zooming in initially, but with my shaky hands it doesn't work as well as zooming in later. These of course were zoomed a bit, cause the tree was high and about 50 yards away. The poplar shot was quite a bit further. The definiion isn't great...but keep "posted".
Great pictures-do they nest there or just there for the fishing? I have trouble with the shaky hands thing too, but there's a stabilizer thing that helps some.
I don't think there is anything to fish for yet, and I also think they nest up high on our local "mountain" (I know, don't laugh). Not sure what they are doing, but they sure are annoying the raven gang that's down there.

Sue, when you take a telephoto picture, do you use the zoom before you snap the picture or do you magnify it afterwards?
